An error was received on any in process EASY Rent New Admission and Change of Unit certification for Box21n: Nullable object must have a value. This issue has been resolved. Case: PD-2734.
On the Certification Screen, the red 'X' icon and Little Actions Icon were not displaying. This has been resolved. Case: PD-2681 (IR-109719)
In response to COVID-19, HUD is suspending SEMAP requirements and allowing Housing Authorities to submit New Admissions, Change of Units, and Portability Move-In Certifications for 50058 program types where ‘Family is now moving to this unit’ is TRUE and 5h/5i values are greater than the Certification Effective Date. Currently, the user will receive a certification error when using later inspection dates, preventing finalization. While these fields MUST have a value, this has been modified to show a warning in the system instead of a fatal error. Case: PD-2816 (IR-110035)
The Washington State Household Eligibility Certification (HEC) has been updated to the current version and includes the modified student certification selection order. Case: PD-386 (IR-103221)
When running the TAR Tax Credit Rent Roll report, certain scenarios were causing the results for the Customer fields and the Household ID to be blank for ‘Occupied’ units. This issue has been resolved. Case: PD-2647 (IR-109645)
In Accounts Payable, a new "Quick Maintain Invoice" button has been added. This is a dynamic search that will take the user to a screen containing a search box and the add/edit buttons. Nothing will display on the grid until the user starts typing. Case: PD-2802 (ID-110010)
Multi-Family (TRACS) Certification screen is not displaying all fields. Fields not displaying or being cut off: Section B - fields 29-32, Section C - field 59, Section F - fields 117-118. This issue has been resolved. Case: PD-2845 (IR-110148)
The user is unable to select a Unit Utility Configuration if they do not have form security access for "Unit - Delete Utility Configuration Records." This issue appears as a blank drop-down on the Unit Configuration schedule on the Unit Record. This has been resolved. Case: PD-2828 (IR-110068)
